The 2007 Malbec is dark ruby-colored with a bouquet of spice box and black cherry. Supple, round, ripe, and easy-going, this tasty effort is well balanced and ready for drinking, now and over the next 4 years. Frenchman Jean Bousquet had a winery in Carcassonne before moving to Argentina 15 years ago. He purchased his land in 1997 and Domaine Jean Bousquet's first harvest was in 2002. His vineyards are certified organic and the wines are all estate bottled.
